Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to booking any event. We cannot be held responsible for any errors caused by failure to read or understand them in full. The Terms and Conditions will differ slightly for each different type of event. Please ensure that you have read and understand them in full.
Property & Venues
Any props used within parties (eg.fans) are the property of Hens Night Dance Classes and must be returned to the instructor at the end of the session. Parties will be held in either a dance studio or a function room. Only the space for the lesson can be used, participants must not tamper with any equipment in the studio or the designated party area.
Alterations
Clients dates or times of bookings can be changed if possible, once the booking is 100% confirmed if the party is booked in advance and doesn’t clash with another booking, so feel free to chat to us about your booking, as we will revise this policy case by case.
Age Stipulation
Participants must be over 18 if alcohol is present. So if within the group there are found to be prospective participants who are underage, we reserve the right to request the participant to stop drinking, or leave the party.
The instructor has the right to refuse to teach any participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Indemnity
You agree that Hens Night Dance classes and its freelance choreographers, partners and employees, will not be liable to you for any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, due to or arising from your lessons with Hens Night Dance Classes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All dance routines and choreography shall be copyrighted and the copyright shall remain with Lady Jayne. A licence maybe granted to the client and Hens Night Dance Classes to use the choreography/ dance at no additional cost. The Clients confirm that they have, or do not need, permission to use the music for the Wedding, Bridal Party and Flashmob Dance Routines.
Health and Safety
Any medical conditions or pregnancy should be addressed before any event or class due to the physical nature of this exercise. Customers must warrant that they are fit to undertake the dance class and advise the instructor of any medical conditions which may affect participation in the class. Furthermore, you must at all times follow the instructions issued by our teachers, who are trained to be mindful of your health and safety at all times. Any failure to follow instructions will automatically invalidate your insurance in the event of any injury you sustain as a consequence of this failure. Similarly, failure to follow the advice of your own GP will also render your insurance invalid for the purpose of claims. Pregnant ladies must talk to their Doctor to ensure it is ok for them to participate.
Termination
Hens Night Dance Classes may terminate this Agreement immediately should the Clients be in repudiatory breach of contract. And Hens Night Dance Classes may terminate this Agreement by giving 24 hours notice.
Quality
In the event that the client is unhappy with the service provided by Hens Night Dance Classes, the client must raise the issue immediately with head office. A complaints claim will then be processed internally. In the event that the client is grossly unhappy with the service provided by Hens Night Dance Classes due to extraordinary circumstances the same procedure as above is followed and if successful, the client will receive a full refund of lessons taken.

When you attend any of Hens Night Dance Classes parties you waive the release of all claims whether for personal injury, property damage, losses and /or death that may arise from my participation in/on aforementioned events/s. All students must accept assume and undertake the risks and agree to using my best judgement and abide by all safety instructions and recommendations, whether oral or written.
- Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Hens Night Dance Classes takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes and workshops, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio/venue or dance class location.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy –
Cancellation within 90 days of the party will result in a $400 fee. Cancellation outside of this period will result in an $100 administration fee. We do not give refunds to individual people or whole parties/ groups who have confirmed and paid for there party booking, but do not show up on night. Full payment is due 2 weeks before your party.
